At Gundam Planet, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase, which is why we offer a 30-day window for returns on all unworn and unwashed apparel. Items must be returned in their original packaging with all tags attached to be eligible for a full refund.
Initiate Your Request
Log into your account portal and select the order containing the items you wish to return to generate a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Prepare Your Package
Securely pack the items in their original box or a similar protective mailer, ensuring the RMA number is clearly written on the outside of the package.
Ship It Back
Afford the provided prepaid shipping label to your parcel and drop it off at any authorized carrier location within 7 business days of your request.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse team inspects the returned items, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days.
